-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so keep up with your tracking information!
Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, tags still attached(if applicable), odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. If any of the above are found on the returned product, we will return the item and you are required to pay shipping.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed inside a shipping box. Damage to the shoe box (shipping labels, packing tape, other markings) make the shoes ineligible for return.
